Crunchy Munching for your cozy evenings..Make and enjoy with family and friends..

We love it , hope you will love it too !

  • You can always increase or decrease the amount of nuts using and can eliminate or add other nuts to your preference.
  • Stays good for weeks but make sure to store in air tight container to lock in the freshness and maintain its crispy texture.
  • Powdered salt, sugar and citric acid eases the mixing procedure and this way everything gets incorporated real well.
  • The rice flakes have to be fried only on high flame. When fried on low they turn hard.
  • While removing the fried rice flakes from the oil you can either turn off the flame or lower the flame ..just to ensure that they do not change in colour or get burnt.
  • Rice flakes absorb oil but not too much.
  • Even though it absorbs oil , its really dry to touch.
